Julia Jesionek, born in 1998, based in Cologne

My artistic work originates in photography, collage and drawing.

Within my studies at Cologne Academy of Media Arts (KHM), which I began in 2016, I explore the possibilites of combining these means of expression in animation, illustration and experimental video. I center my works around personal topics mostly, which involve female identity, body image and mental health.

ART@TECH brings together artists, technologists and anyone who is curios to connect and show the blurry lines between various kinds of art and technology.
